StopBoard: Food Truck Schedule

StopBoard helps food truck owners plan their weekly schedule and show customers where the truck is parked today. Add your stops to a weekly map, tap Open when you park, and your truck's page shows today's stop, its hours and your menu. Put the QR code on the truck and the link in your Instagram bio, and the schedule stops disappearing with yesterday's story.

WHAT IT DOES

The Week Map
Seven day chips over a map. Tap a day, tap the map where you will park, name the spot and set the hours. Regular spots repeat every week; a one-off festival takes the place of the usual lunch that day and leaves the other weeks alone. Skip a single week with one tap. There is a list view too.

The Open flip
One big switch you tap when you park. Your page turns to Open with the spot and the closing time, and it closes by itself when the stop ends, so you never leave customers walking to an empty lot. Open is always your tap; the app never switches it on from GPS. Parked somewhere unplanned? Open where you are with one location read.

Your truck's page
Your own address with today's stop on a map, a directions button, the week ahead, your menu with photos and prices, your phone and your Instagram. Customers open it in any phone browser, with no app to install, in English or Spanish. Add your cover photo and logo and pick the colour.

Menu with sold out
Add dishes with a photo, price and tags such as vegan or spicy. Tap the circle when something runs out and your page marks it sold out within about a minute, while the line is still in front of the window.

QR sticker
A ready to print PDF with your truck's name and QR code for the window.

Pro: up to 5 trucks and a second seat
Run up to 5 trucks, each with its own week, menu and page. Serve a lunch menu at one stop and a dinner menu at another. See how many people opened your page today and over 7 and 30 days, and which day draws the most views. A helper on the window joins with a code and can flip Open and mark items sold out.

PLANS

The Standard plan lets you plan your week, build your menu and print the QR sticker. Solo puts your page up and turns on the Open flip for one truck. Pro adds up to 5 trucks, a menu per stop, view counts and a second seat. A 14-day Pro trial starts only when you tap it.

LOCATION AND PRIVACY

StopBoard reads your location only when you tap "Use my location" or open somewhere unplanned, and only while the app is on screen. It never tracks the truck in the background. The spot you publish is public on your page; that is what the page is for. Your stops and menu are stored on our servers so your phones and your page show the same week.

WHO IT IS FOR

Food trucks, coffee carts, ice cream vans, street food trailers and any mobile kitchen that moves around town. StopBoard does not take orders or payments, it does not list you in a marketplace, and it does not check permits or parking rules for you.
