I pay for ESPN+. This ESPN app doesn't ever open to make my subscription worth it. I can sit and watch it "load" for 5 minutes, and nothing will actually happen. I know this has nothing to do with my phone or network because other apps, including Disney+ and Hulu, load and work just fine. Update: (1/10/25) This app is getting worse and worse. Most of the time, it crashes immediately on the first launch. Now, when it does launch, there is nothing but a blank gray screen.

won't work on smart TVs, barely works on phones. constantly crashes and feeezes my entire android tv. rarely loads the first time on my phone, either; i get a blank white screen. clear caches, uninstall, reinstall sometimes those help , sometimes it'll crash 10 mins later.for the cost, the sports available are limited, likely because leagues go elsewhere due to this junk technology. if my team weren't in the FA Cup, I'd have already cancelled.

If you want to watch commercials, this is the app for you. If you want to watch sports, too bad. You'll watch a minute of it before a different error pops up on the screen. Want to close the app to try and restart it? Cool, go watch more commercials before you can get back to the event that'll just eventually error out.
