frequent crashes, do not recommend. spent at least 20 minutes uploading 500 pictures, and it crashed. tried uploading different amounts of pictures each time, and each time it would crash. finally, painstakingly, uploaded pictures, but it took forever. and the app just kept crashing. it also tends to cycle through the same pictures over and over. and you cannot delete a photo once it's uploaded. I wish I could return the frame. I really hate this app and frame. don't waste your time

After the scam Nixplay pulled i did alot of research on Google photos compatible devices (that wouldn't decide to change free plans to paid) and chose Aura. I know they've been doing alot of work to find a way to sync with Google photos and I really appreciate that. I'm pretty techy and I still find it a little glitchy or confusing when it comes to Google Photos album syncing. I find just letting the screen load works sometimes. Nonetheless I know they've worked on it, ty!

I love the frame and the app. My husband bought me this and we have it on the wall next to the TV so we can see the pics change. I love that you can set the frequency that the pics change. It's also very clear. There are a couple of little things that I would change, like how it automatically zooms in, and I had to go fix hundreds of pics, but overall I absolutely love it. We've bought one for several family members and we all share pics frequently. A great way to keep in touch!
