you collect points... after you go to benefit from them... the system gives you error in the restaurant and you loose the points without having the food... you try again and they deduct the point and on the screen you see error

Second time within 18 months that my app order (fully paid by credit card) does not show up in the restaurant's system. Therefore completely it's useless, don't use in Switzerland as it does not work

a sluggy, slow, stupid app. once telling you the restaurant is closed, next time ... no online orders possible. BK. you have very good staff. the rest, sorry, just sucks.
