Seriously, I've a subscription for years and ordered express. You promise discount if order is too late. While waiting for more than 30 minutes that food gets prepared, no driver was searched all the time, my order gets completely deleted even from any history. That means the restaurant has to throw away all the food and I should order again? Customer support not existent at all.Your service is getting worse each month, I already canceled the subscription. Other delivery services cannot be worse

Scammers. My first experience cost me triple what it should have. I ordered a cab, but because of a bug in the apps GPS I paid $20 instead of $6. When I opened a ticket I've been left with no response for 2 days, support just stopped communicating with me. If you want to be scammed, download this app. Otherwise I recommend Bluebird taxi and Grab. Update: There is no customer service and they simply do not care. They closed my ticket with no resolution even after their response on the Play Store.

I appriciate the app, it's good. But I have a complain, it's the fact that we (customers) cannot see the reason as to why our orders are cancelled. I'm fine if the driver or resto might want to cancel, but at least give concrete and fair reason. If not, then there is no accountability and I cannot be sure at all if my order will be ever delivered or not. Like I've waited for 20 minutes but then it says that the order is cancelled. It's pretty unfair for the customer.
