I have been using the LIC Digital app from USA. Now, after I login, when I click on my policy, it says the details are available only through the new My LIC app, and that app is not available in the US. How can an institution like LIC introduce such breaking changes without a seamless migration plan? Appalling!

completely useless app. I have been trying to pay my installment for 2 months and have missed deadline by far. why they have to force us to use rubbish app when they can't even create a functional app in this era. please go back to website based payment. it atleast works. dont ruin the digital Bharat dream with these kinds of useless trials.

useless app - they dont want us to pay the premium and wants to lapse our policy - Cheaters - LIC was a trusted brand earlier but now its filled with cheaters and looters of our hard earned money. Pity on you LIC staffs and outdated apps
