The new check in process in the app is a ridiculous waste of time, it's just one upsell try after the other. Boarding passes are not stored in the app anymore, each one has to be manually added to Google Wallet, which means two clicks for each boarding pass, plus one to go back if you have more than one passenger, plus two more to select a different flight if it's a return trip. What previously required no additional click now amounts to 15 clicks for a return trip for 2 people.

Customer service sucks. I printed out boarding pass from the app. Wait in a queue to security check for 40 minutes to find out, I need to go to registration anyway. When I asked easy jet representative why is it so, the answer was to ask fly company to fix it. So I'm asking! Please organise your service in a way, boarding passes are actually works!

I am beyond frustrated with easyJet’s booking system. I booked a return flight and only required extra hold luggage for one leg of the journey. However, their "Manage Booking" system is intentionally designed to make this impossible. It forces you to add the luggage to both flights, doubling the cost unnecessarily. When you try to resolve this, you’re met with a brick wall. There is no option to deselect a single leg online, and it feels like a calculated move to force passengers to pay the exo
