Such a dogshit app. The feedback system is probably the worst I've seen. A lot of the bikes and scooters show up as having a "high" amount of charge, when in reality they last about 4-5 min. Parking zones are horrible. The subscription doesn't automatically renew, and the app doesn't notify you that your subscription has expired!

Since the merger with Tier, the service has just gotten much worse! I see scooters on the map that don't exist in the physical world. I ring, but they never ring. I even see scooters that are still in use, yet shown as ready to use. While it's nice to find both bicycles and scooters, both appear with the same icon which confuses me about what to look for. Bring back the good old Tier!

The app was working on my Huaway P9 when was first introduced, even if promotion discount did not work for me. I did not use it, but once I came late at night and wanted to use it, the app would not start. Now I tryed reinstalling, it looked like it was working, but as I tryed to connect with my tier account, it says, something went wrong... And this happens after increasing the prices by moving to dott. Such a disappointment.
