Very bad customer service. Too much delay in delivery of the product and they don't even bother to deliver on time or reattempt a delivery. Even after multiple follow ups, no one bothers to resolve the issue. Very pathetic online shopping portal🙂 I ordered things twice thinking it was just a small inconvenience the first time. But during my second order i realized that is how they operate .. Lazy and unbothered!!!

Very disappointing. I had ordered 5 products and received a part of the shipment with wrong products. I realised there was no option to choose the "wrong product got delivered" so I choose missing products. I had made a complaint in the app and received an e mail asking for photographs. I had to do the same thing twice because apparently the photos were not clear. It has been 3 whole days and my issue has not yet been resolved. how incompetent can you be. never using it again. nykaa is the best.

Tira is the worst shopping app I have ever used. This was my first time ordering from the app, and it has been a terrible experience. They failed to deliver my order on time and kept changing the delivery date every day for the past four days. Despite the repeated delays, I still haven't received my order. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will never order anything from Tira again.
