Really bad I used the App together with my hub and two switchbots. The App is unreliable and most of the times logout resulting in not showing any of your devices and not working with Alexa or similar systems. Today it happened again and although I didn't login in the past 7 days I get a message for to many login attempts. But hey I can always see their shop in which I can buy even more of their products that's the only thing reliable in the App.

Just downloaded and tried to sign up. The sign-up page in the App is permanently saying that I should use a valid email address, when I enter mine. So the send button stays faded and it's not working. Edit: I found a workaround: I created an App login on the web page and used it then in the app. However, I'd appreciate a compatibility with Tuya. It's absolutely nerving to have separate apps for every piece of hardware. Trying to lock customers in, is never a nice experience imho.

this app is an easy 4* if it weren't broken and couldn't connect if GPS is switched off.. there are few ads orpayid features. Data visualization is just great 👌 Update: app is pretty broken since last update. The history plot has a lot of artifacts when moving the time. Moving the cursor doesn't work. Device status on the main page doesn't work. When not connected to device and loading history it still tries to connect and only works after timeout is hit.

3. KATA Friends: Set your birthday in "Family & Friends" > "Your Profile" to get a birthday greeting in the app.
4. Pet Mode Air Purifier D1, Pet Hair Dryer Box Drybo, and Pet Feeder now work as Automation triggers and Scene/Automation actions.
