Document a move-in/move-out directly on your smartphone or tablet: rooms, condition, photos, meter readings, keys, and signatures all in one PDF.

CONNECT MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT
Start a new follow-up handover from a specifically selected protocol. The address and room layout are transferred; you enter new parties, conditions, meter readings, photos, and signatures. The initial protocol remains unchanged.

The comparison uses the transferred room and checklist references. Renamed or removed rooms remain traceable. Old and new values ​​are differentiated in the app and the PDF. The app does not make any decisions regarding liability or costs.

RECORD THE HANDOVER

- Standard rooms or custom rooms with checklists and comments.

- Record conditions as open, OK, or defective.

- Add photos with the camera or gallery.

- Document electricity, water, gas, and heating with new meter readings.

- Note apartment keys, mailbox keys, and other keys.

- Tenant and landlord sign on the device. Subsequent changes invalidate previous signatures.

- Create a PDF with log data, comparisons, photos, and signatures, and share it via the share menu. Incomplete logs are marked as drafts.

LOCAL AND OFFLINE
Log data is stored on your device; no app account is required. A store connection is required for in-app purchases and data restoration. The app is available in German. Troubleshooting and data processing are described in the privacy policy.

SINGLE PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION
The first log is free. A single purchase allows for one additional new log; a monthly or annual subscription allows unlimited new logs during its term. Prices and subscription durations are displayed in the store. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the store settings. Active subscriptions can be restored; used single purchases cannot. Existing logs remain accessible, editable, and exportable even without an active subscription.
