Update- I hear you about earning free diamonds & collecting puzzle pieces & this is great & I do take advantage of this, thank you. BUT, bundles, expansions, animals, decorations, enclosure items etc etc, far exceed the freebies we are given. Which means we end up buying with real cash (compared to other games, these are not cheap) or end up leaving the game altogether as so many of my game friends have & are doing because they can't afford it anymore. Just asking for a bit of leeway that's all.

Hi Mary, it is correct that patience is needed to play completely for free. There are no plans to change the diamond system, as developing a game costs real money, too. I absolutely love this game, it has been my favourite for years. It's really cute and fun. I had to restart a few months ago because my device broke and thought it wouldn't be as fun, but since I restarted I've been playing everyday and it's still really amazing. It also has fun features, like the puzzles, which allow you to get rare or exclusive items by just collecting pieces and not paying actual money. I also like the storyline. Overall a very good game, definitely worth it. 💕

It's a detailed, enjoyable, addicting zoo game but I have to give two feedbacks: 1. I would love to have more "zoom-out" option. I'm currently 78 lvl and it became quite hard to control all zoo or I have to swipe too much to reach another areas. 2. I know it's not a cheap thing to develop and run a game and it's also possible to gain little amount via tasks and ads but diamonds are too expensive to buy. I would like to spend regularly on the game but not that much. Thanks!

Hi, unfortunately changes to the zoom are not possible for technical reasons. 😥 We've different packages for different amounts of money available, so you can easily choose how much you'd like to spend. :) There are also regular payment events with discounts or bonuses on the amount of diamonds.
