Brivio is the business platform for companies in Romania: invoicing, e-Invoice, accounting and documents, in a single application.
• Invoices, proformas and compliant receipts, automatically sent to e-Invoice (SPV ANAF), with tracking of the status of each invoice.
• Invoices received from SPV are downloaded and registered by themselves.
• Double-entry accounting according to OMFP 1802: journals, balance, registers, month-end closing, D300, D394, SAF-T D406.
• Documents, contracts and contacts, with search and archive.
• BNR exchange rate automatically applied, ANAF deadlines and notifications.
The Android application adds: push notifications even with the application closed, sending a photo or a PDF from the gallery directly to recognition (OCR), widget with the figures of the day on the main screen and optional biometric lock.
You need a Brivio account (free for basic tax compliance). Data is hosted in the EU.
