On first start I was asked to create an account. Fine, so I create a new entry in my password manager with a secure password. But the app doesn't accept the password, it has a max length of 16 chars. Such a limit does not make sense. One does not store passwords in cleartext. Usually only hashes which always have the same length get stored. Given they still limit the password length to such a short length, I don't trust them to know what they are doing and uninstalled the app

Hi, sorry for any trouble caused. Please note that we do not store clear-text passwords, all the passwords will be encrypted in our backend. And we will not read or violate the privacy of our users. TL;DR - Myriad shippers covered but horrible for updates and notifications. The app is great for the breadth of shippers it covers and the UI is easy and straightforward. However, the app does not update shipping status in real time - I've had items statused as "out for delivery" or "delivered" still show up as "in transit" for a day or two after delivery - and there is seemingly no way to effectively and accurately refresh the shipping data. I also do not get notifications of status changes.

It was great until they stopped tracking USPS unless you pay. So, I pay, but then it doesn't work anyway and they don't respond when you seek help. It wants me to pay for a subscription I already have. It stopped working last month and now again this month. What exactly is it I'm paying for? Last time it was about three days, this time it's been over a week. Update: Dev's response to this review is meaningless. Obviously did not read what I said. Unsubscribed and requested refund.
