MATS is your AI coach for running, cycling, and triathlon. It plans your training week by week, checks your training load every day, and rebuilds your plan when your daily life changes. Behind the AI coach are real elite coaches. Their training philosophy is built into every plan it creates for you.

Do you train with your own coach? Then you can work together in MATS, with your calendar, chat, and all your data in one place. And if you simply want to record and analyze your training, you’ll find everything you need in the same app.

### AI COACH
- Tell it what changes: two extra hours on Sunday, a business trip, an illness. It checks your training load and adjusts your week accordingly.
- Add your races. It plans your base, build, and peak phases around them, all the way through your taper.
- Your readiness, based on HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and your daily feedback, is factored into every recommendation.

SMART TRAINER
- Control your smart trainer directly from MATS - on your smartphone, tablet, or in your browser. Your intervals run at the planned power target without the need for a second app. You can even connect your Core sensor.

STRENGTH & MOBILITY
- Choose from a large exercise library with instructions and videos, or train with ready-made workouts. Your strength sessions are scheduled where they best fit into your endurance training week.

CALENDAR & ANALYSIS
- All your workouts in one calendar, synced with Garmin, Apple, COROS, Suunto, Zwift, and other platforms. You can also factor weather data and availability into your planning.
- Connect MATS to your personal calendar. This lets you see training, work, and family commitments in one place and schedule your workouts around your actual week.
- Track your threshold power, training intensity distribution, and training load with the MATS Score.
- Determine your performance parameters conveniently from home with the diagnostic protocol.

FOR ATHLETES WITH THEIR OWN COACH
- Your coach plans directly in your calendar. You can communicate via chat, comment on workouts and events, and receive push notifications whenever something changes.

KNOWLEDGE HUB
- Articles on training science and MATS features, linked directly to the relevant areas of the app.
