Cross the State Line — Raise Your Fort Anew

A Passport in hand, the road to another State lies open. Take your Fort across the line and raise it on fresh ground, among new neighbors and new rivals. You may move once per event, and your base lands at a random spot, so choose well. Leave your alliance first, clear your marches and reach Fort level 15. The higher you would rank in the new State, the more Passports it costs. Ongoing event points are reset. Where will you settle, Commander?
