About this app

Calistree is a calisthenics and bodyweight workout app for training at home, at the gym or in a park, with or without equipment. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, it builds your workouts from your goals, your equipment and your level, and adjusts them as you progress.
The main focus is on bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment, but the app also covers weight training, gym machines, cardio, running, mobility, yoga and balance.

A workout plan made for you
Pick your goals and the days you can train, and Calistree builds a multi-week training plan matched to your level. Each session picks up from how you did last time, so reps, time and sets go up as you get stronger.

1,800+ exercises with video
Every exercise is on video: bodyweight and calisthenics, free weights, gym machines, resistance bands, stretching, yoga, cardio and more. Search them by muscle, joint, equipment or difficulty, and read the form tips to get the technique right.

Skill trees
Calisthenics and street workout skills take time. Each exercise shows its easier and harder variations, so you always know the next step toward your first pull-up, a handstand, a muscle-up or a front lever.

130+ routines and 25+ training plans
Ready to start today, such as the r/bodyweightfitness Recommended Routine, Your First Push-Up & Pull-Up, Push Pull Legs, Couch to 5k, beginner gym machine plans and yoga.

Kal, the AI coach
Describe the workout you want, like "a 30 minute pull day with a pull-up bar", and Kal builds it. Start it right away or save it as a routine. During a session, ask Kal to add an exercise.

Hands-free audio
Turn on Auto-play and the whole workout runs itself: every exercise, set and rest is announced, even with the screen locked.

Your equipment
Save an equipment profile for home, the gym or the park, so your workouts only use what you have. Record your exact resistance bands as band sets, and make exercises harder or easier with added weight, assistance weight or eccentrics.

Progress you can see
See your personal records, exercise mastery and experience points, your strength and flexibility level on every joint movement, and a muscle map of what is ready to train. Log 21 other sports, from climbing to football, and sync your sessions with Health Connect.

Free and PRO
We're happy to support your training for free: the free version has no time limit, no ads and unlimited workouts. When you want more room, PRO raises the limits (50 routines instead of 2, 30 Kal messages a month instead of 3, and more) and unlocks color themes. PRO is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Calistree is available in 16 languages.

I was looking for some good Calisthenics related routine app and this one blew my mind. I really like the progressions for each exercise as well as the alternatives. Maybe you can add pre-defined routines like "reddit bodyweight recommended routine", "minimalist routine". The app also lets you chose your available equipment which is also great: At home I might use my pull-up bar but outside I'm limited to my gymnastic rings. Thanks for taking all this into consideration.

Thank you for your nice review :-) I'm really glad you like the app. Pre-made programs are a good idea and they might appear in the future, but I'm not sure yet how to integrate them. You can always contact me if you have other suggestions: info@calistree.com

Seems to be different from any other fitness apps that I tried until now. First of all it lets you build a program matching your equipment with a really fine granularity so that you can, for example, just exclude a single elastic band from your equipment. Second, it entails a tree map of the dependencies between every exercise so that you can actually reach a goal by progressing up. Only thing that is not clear for now is the combination of some exercises. on track to be the best fitness app.

RECOMMENDED 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love the rest timer and the muscle highlights that shows what is being targeted. The objectives section for routine creation is amazing. After many years in the gym, this is the best app I've found. Suggestion: Please add a "Common Mistakes" section for each exercise. In calisthenics, technique is key, and knowing what to avoid would help us stay injury-free. Keep it up! I love that you are so engaged in improving the app!

Hey, thanks a lot for your review! We normally mention common mistakes in the form tips section of the exercises data sheet description. However, some exercises are still missing their description. That is something we're currently working on. I hope you keep enjoying the app! Contact us if you have any question.
